WHO WE ARE

Being born into a “melting pot” or mixed family, having multiple dishes on get togethers’ and holidays are nothing new to me. So much, in fact that, it was considered untraditional if there was only one culture on a table in my house.  This in mind, I wanted to design a menu to accommodate various cultures from Caribbean to Italian, American to Hispanic and everything in between. With a collection of foods to choose from, I created a catering company, infusing a mutlitude of cuisines graing customers with options. The idea of being able to cater to different crowds is riveting and fascinating. As most people like different options daily and weekly, alternating a menu on a weekly basis allows customers a plethora of variety and never “the same old same old” when ordering food.
